Wiley, Wincyann 93 passed away December 28, 2013. Mrs. Wiley was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Jesse Franklin Wiley. She is the loving mother of Kathy (John) Hahmann and James (Michelle) Wiley; devoted grandmother of Erik Hahmann, Christopher and Michael Wiley and beloved aunt of Nacene (John) Prchal. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, January 3, from 5 P.M. until Service time at 6 P.M. Interment will be later in West Virginia.
