William (Bill) Alvin Keller, Jr., loving husband and father, went home to be with the Lord on October 21, 2024. Bill was born in Washington, DC on June 7, 1943 to William A. Keller and Mildred Foster. Bill grew up in St. Petersburg, FL and graduated from Boca Ciega High School. He graduated from Atlanta Christian College (now Point University) in Georgia where he met his wife, Donna. He was a minister, a youth minister and a song leader to churches in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana and Florida. He also attended Lincoln Seminary in Illinois. In 1973, Bill moved back to St. Petersburg. He was an active member of Central Christian Church where he served as Sunday School teacher, Elder, minister to the seniors and sang in the church choir, solos and in various quartets. He portrayed Jesus in the church's Easter production of King All Glorious for over 15 years. He worked at Publix 35 years. He is preceded in death by his sister, Renee Keller. He leaves many loving memories with Donna his wife of 58 years; his sons Bill Keller and David Keller (Sharmane) both of St. Petersburg; his sisters Jody McGee of Spring Hill, FL and Jeanne Johnson (Michael) of Seminole, FL and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at Central Christian Church, 6161 22nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL on November 3, 2024, at 3:00 pm with a reception following.
