William Thomas Fredericks went to eternal life on November 29, 2016 after a long illness. "Bill" was born in Easton, Pennsylvania on December 21, 1925. He graduated from Easton High School and continued his education with a career in nursing. He worked as a private duty nurse in New York City for many years, and after retiring, he moved to Florida where he worked part time in several nursing homes. He served in the United States Navy during World War II.
Bill's hobby was traveling. He enjoyed talking about his 27 cruises.
He was not your typical senior citizen; he dressed stylish, danced, loved to joke and was the life of the party. However, his greatest passion was helping those less fortunate.
He leaves to morn his loss, three sisters: Lucille M. Cherry, Delores "Dede" Caul both of Easton, Pa. and Emily E. Barnes of Orlando Florida, and his extended family at the Baptist Terrace who loved him dearly.
A memorial service will be held at the Baptist Terrace on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 7 PM.
