Obituary

William B. Anderson passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 and left behind a family that loved him.

Bill was born December 31, 1947 in Philadelphia, to Clarence & Dorothy Vick. He joined the US Marine Corps at an early age where he served for four years and fought during the Vietnam War. After leaving the military he went on to work as an Electrical Engineer and loved what he did.

Bill was many things, but most of all he was a father, grandfather, brother and son. He has four children, Kathy, William, Michael and Victoria as well as 6 grandchildren with one on the way. He loved and cherished each one of his children and grandchildren very much. He was always there to help a stranger in need and cared about his friends dearly.

Bill enjoyed anything related to history, trains and cars. He loved to watch movies, shows and read books related to the Titanic. Bill loved to build elaborate train sets and we will never forget coming to his house and seeing his entire dining room taken over by a massive train table and station that he had built by hand that included a replica of each one of his children's cars and all of our favorite things.

Bill is survived by his daughter Kathleen Morgan (Craig) of Auburndale, FL; son William Erney (Brandi) of Altamonte Springs, FL; son Michael Anderson of Jacksonville, FL; daughter Victoria Anderson-Ferrin (Michael) of Winter Springs, FL and grandchildren: Christopher, Brenton, Ryan, Michael, Abigail, Alexander and a Baby Boy due January 12, 2018.

A celebration of life will be held in Bill's honor. The date and time is still to be determined as the family attempts to locate a place that will allow a tree to be planted in his honor. We will share the information on this page as soon as it has been determined.
