Wilfred C Hoenicke, Jr. died peacefully, with his sister by his side on 6/8/2017 in Winter Springs, FL at the age of 62.

Wil is survived by his loving children Mac Hoenicke (Kristen) of Altamonte Springs, FL and Charlotte Johnson(Matt), of Seminole County, Fl. Also surviving is brother Richard A. Hoenicke (Carolyn), of Cincinnati, OH and sister Gloria Hoenicke Storey(Kurt), of Winter Springs, FL. Wil has 3 grandchildren that he loved dearly-Caden, Kai and Kelsey. He is preceded in death by his father, Wilfred, his Mother Gloria Ann and siblings, Connie Ezzo, Gary R Hoenicke and Nancy Lafferty all of Michigan.

Wil was born on 5/22 in East Detroit Michigan to Wilfred and Gloria Hoenicke. He graduated from Lyman High School in 1974. Wil was a (self taught) State licensed residential contractor for most of his adult life. Along with his woodworking talents, he could make a Mean spaghetti sauce!

A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Saturday, June 17th at DeGusipe Funeral Home from 5 -7 pm at 9001 N Orlando Ave in Maitland, FL. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Wil's life.

In lieu of flowers, Wil wanted donations to Vietnam Veterans of America to honor his beloved brother Gary Hoenicke who served in the Vietnam War.
