Wayne Baker Halley

Born August 13, 1925, Minco, OK. He was the son of the late Chester Halley and Lucile Baker Halley. Wayne passed away April 29, 2015 in Winter Park, FL.
A graduate of Minco High School, Minco, OK; Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee, OK; and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Wayne served as Minister of Music, First Baptist Church, Paducah, KY; 23rd and Broadway Baptist, Louisville, KY; Murray Hill Baptist Church, Jacksonville, FL; North Park Baptist Church, Orlando, FL and First Baptist Church, Murray, KY.
Wayne was a charter member of The Centurymen, a singing group comprised of Ministers of Music from all over the United States giving concerts throughout the country and many foreign countries.
Survived by wife, Dorothy Black Halley; daughter, Gina R. Halley of Orlando; son, Randy E. Halley and wife, Kathy of Orlando and four granddaughters, Caitlin Halley Killgore, Elena Noelle Killgore, Rachel Elisabeth Halley and Rebecca Caroline Halley all from Orlando. He is also survived by brother, Jim Halley and wife Agnes, of Minco, OK and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service to be held 2 pm on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at North Park Baptist Church located at 2047 Prospect Ave., Orlando, FL 32814.
