Vivian passed away in Orlando Florida on June 10, 2019 at 81 years of age surrounded by her loving family. Vivian was born in Dighton, Massachusetts to Manuel and Rose Evangelho. She grew up on the family farm with her four siblings before making Orlando her home since 1958. For the last 25 years, she worked at Valencia State College in the provost office. She loved working with the faculty and students.

Shortly after retirement she was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia where protein deposits develop in nerve cells in the brain and causes a progressive decline in mental and physical abilities. Despite the decline in her memory, we could see she recognized her family and friends by the brightness in her eyes.

She will be deeply missed by daughters Linda (Tim), Debbie (Kris) and son Michael (John). Her grandchildren Christine, Laura (Gabriel) and Timmy from Orlando, and Justin, Lauren, Morgan and Erin from Lexington. Known as Gigi to her great granddaughters Rose and Tess. Also known as Auntie Vinie to her many nieces and nephews in Massachusetts.

A funeral mass will be held at Church of the Annunciation in Altamonte Springs, Florida on Friday, June 28 at 10:00 a.m. with lunch immediately following in the church hall.
