Virginia Ann O'Connor Mooney (Ginny) passed away at home on April 1, 2019.
At her request no services will be held.
Born August 9, 1937 in Washington D.C. to William and Thelma Hackley.
Ginny had 4 daughters, Deborah Perry, Barbara Hayes, Theresa Lucas and Sharon Conniff. They blessed her with 9 grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrea, Steve, Sherri, April, Terry, David, Nicole, and Lauren who blessed her with 12 great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her brothers Bill, George, and John Hackley. Preceded by her husband Garrett (Sonny) Mooney, sister Dorothy (Dotty) Cole, and grand-daughter Jennifer Moss.
She loved to shop, travel, do puzzles, crochet, play Bunko and bowl with her girlfriends.
