Viola Frank was born in Tampa, Florida on February 26, 1929. She moved to Sanford at an early age, and attended school there until graduating from Seminole High School in 1948. A year later, she married Richard A. Frank Jr. (deceased), at All Souls Catholic Church.

Mrs. Frank is survived by sons Richard T. (Kim) Frank and Christopher (Donna) Frank, 7 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed her life as a housewife and mother, and enjoyed membership in various organizations in the Sanford area through the years.
