TROY DARNELL ANDERSON, 57, of Winter Garden, FL, and formerly of Hartford, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday. Feb. 1, 2025. Troy was born and raised in Hartford, CT on April 8, 1967, to the late Leroy Swain and Yvonne Anderson-Grady. After Troy migrated to Orlando, he worked for more than a decade with Wyndham Hotels retiring as a Sales Director. Troy enjoyed spending his time playing golf, enjoying a good game of spades with friends and traveling with his beloved wife Paula.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 25 years, Paula (Griffin) Anderson; brothers Rory Anderson of Bridgeport, CT., Courtney (Tamicka) Anderson of McDonough, GA., and Paul Brightly of Nashville, TN; his aunts Theresa Brown of Oakland Park, FL, Carrie L. Anderson of Plant City, FL.; and Margaret Reed of Lakeland, FL; His precious goddaughter Sariah Boyd; best friends Darrell Simmons and Gerald Boyd; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Besides his parents, Troy is predeceased by his brothers Melvin, Terrance and Marcus Anderson, and his beloved parent-in-laws Walker Keel and Genevieve Raclaw Griffin Keel.

Services for Troy Anderson will be on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. The Eulogy and Reflections begin 1:50pm. Celebration of Life and Funeral Mass begins at 2pm. Services will be held at St. James Catholic Cathedral, 215 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL. The family will receive family and friends immediately after in the Cathedral's Fellowship Hall.
