Timothy L. Kriebel, 83, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away on January 21, 2025, in the Hospice Unit of Advent Health Orlando. Timothy was born on June 5, 1941, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Williard and Frances (Rumfield) Kriebel. Timothy is survived by his wife Patricia A. Kriebel, son Timothy (Jennifer) Kriebel, daughter Audra (Andrew) Buff and fur baby Molly. Proud grandfather of seven grandchildren, Brad, Bryan, Holly, Heather, Amy, Dorian, and Tori, and also three great-grandchildren, Parker, Oliver, and Lainey. Also survived by his sister Nancy Ruth. Timothy was predeceased by his brother Frederick Kriebel and sister Barbara Karapelou.

Tim served 23 years in the US Navy including a tour in Vietnam. He retired in 1981 as a Master Chief Petty Officer. Significant Duty Stations: USS Altair AKS-32, USS John F. Kennedy CV-67, USS Independence CV-62, USS New Port News CA-148, NTTC Corry Station, Florida (CNEWS). Significant Awards: Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Achievement Medal, Navy Good Conduct Medals, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal. Timothy joined the US Navy in 1958 at 17 years of age. He retired with a Master Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics. Tim's civilian career continued his affiliation with the government by developing and managing computer-based training for the military. He was a member of the US Navy Memorial Foundation and the American Legion.

Tim was a High School/College Football Referee for 17 years. He was an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan. He enjoyed golf especially with his Pops (father-in-law) Chuck Rogers. Tim enjoyed cruising with his wife Patti, family, and friends. Tim and Patti's love of cruising began with their honeymoon in 1992.
