Thu Thi Luong, 57, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, passed away on Saturday the 19th of December at Florida Hospital South Orlando surrounded by family. Thu is survived by her beloved husband (Vinh), daughter (Barbara Thuy-Anh), son (Hilton Minh-Tri), father (Tran Van Loc) and siblings, Phuong (sister), Lan (brother), Long (brother), An (brother), and Uyen (sister); Predeceased by her beloved mother, Na, on September 25, 2015.

Born on August 3, 1958 in Saigon, VietNam to parents Tran Van Loc and Tran Thi Na, Thu was 4th of 6 children. Her zest for life is evident in those hearts she has reached. Family, friends, and strangers alike, have had the fortune to be surrounded with Thu's infectious laughter and spirited environment. Thu immigrated to Lakeland, FL in 1980 with her father and brothers, separated from her mother and sisters, only to be reunited several years later. Diligence and passion has been Thu's driving force in life, and her strength and devotion to her siblings has made her family's rock.

Thu and Vinh met in Lakeland, FL in the mid 80's, the deep friendship led to an everlasting love and two beautiful loving children. Thu's departure from this physical world is a devastating loss to those hearts she has reached, and we miss her dearly, but heaven has gained an amorous and generous soul.
