Thomas Felton LeBlanc was born on January 30, 1937 died December 15, 2019. He was raised by his grandparents in a little town in Louisiana called Ponchatoula. After graduating high school he enlisted in the Navy for four years where he traveled the world. Thomas ended up in Orlando where he became a police officer for the Orlando Police Department. While working with OPD he completed his bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Rollins College in Orlando Florida. He retired form OPD after 25 years as a Sergeant. He then went to work in real-estate before retiring for good.
