Theodore Peter Capsanes, 83, died Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Theodore was born September 2, 1934 to the late Peter and Catherine Capsanes in Baltimore, MD. He was the middle child survived by his older sister Efrosene Kalezis and her husband Michael Kalezis of Towson, MD. Also survived by a younger sister Panatitsa (Titsa) Bronstein and her husband Emanuel (Manny) Bronstein of Owings Mills, MD. Theodore married and is survived by his wife of 61 years, Patricia Jean Capsanes. Also survived is his only child Peter Stephen Capsanes and his wife Cindy Capsanes. Theodore had 3 grandchildren Stephen Capsanes, James Capsanes and Austin Anderson. He was a radioman in the US Navy, a passion that stayed with him his entire life becoming an avid amateur radio ham operator. His call letters were W3WZA and he was well respected in the amateur radio community contributing to publications in a nationally recognized ham radio magazine. Theodore had a wonderful life with a successful career as an electronics engineer working and living in Baltimore, Maryland; Bridgeport, Connecticut; Riverdale, Maryland; Richmond, Virginia and finally many years in Winter Park, Florida. He loved spending time with family and he is finally at peace and no longer suffering from the Parkinson's disease that affected many of his final years. May his memory be eternal.

Services and burial will take place at The Greek Orthodox Cemetery Chapel on Saturday, October 7th beginning at 11:00 am - 5917 Windsor Mill Road Baltimore, MD 21207.
