Obituary

Terry J. Stefancin, Sr., 70, of Uniontown, PA passed away in
Uniontown Hospital on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, with his loving
family by his side.

Terry was born on September 9, 1953, the son of Thomas and
Jean (Arthur) Stefancin.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his father-in-
law, Louis Elentri Jr., brother-in-law Louis Elentri III, sister-in-law
Valentia Elentri and son-in-law Marty Karas.

Terry was devoted to his family. He was a beloved husband,
father, and grandfather. Terry was a very hard worker and always
enjoyed helping others. He was a coal miner with the old Local
Union #688 merged into #762 and served in the United States
Army. Terry was an avid hunter, loved the outdoors and was a
devoted Steelers fan. Terry most loved spending time with his
three beautiful granddaughters, Abigail, Amber, and Isabel and
their beloved yorkie, Zoey.

Terry is survived by his life-long companion, Lucina Elentri of
Uniontown, PA, daughter, Gina Wood and husband David of
Uniontown, PA, son, Terry Stefancin, Jr. of Greensburg, PA and
grandchildren whom he adored, Abigail, Amber, Isabel and his
granddog Zoey, siblings, Gary Stefancin of Florida, Debbie Enany
of Texas, Pam Collins and husband Keith of Uniontown, PA, Tim
Stefancin and wife Maureen of Delmont, PA, Tommye Jean Wood
of Virginia, Ted Stefancin of Texas, Jamie Yacoviello of Virginia,
Beth Clark of Virginia, friend of the family Tony Buttich, mother-in-
law Elizabeth Elentri of Uniontown, PA, brothers-in-law Anthony
Elentri and wife Dee of Uniontown, PA and Ron Elentri of
Uniontown, PA, sister-in-law, Ilene Nicolazzo and husband Frank
of Greensburg, PA, good friends, Joe Lucas and Paul Mercer,
several special friends from Chez Joey Apartments and many
special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD.

A private service will be held.
