Terry Francis Pukas, age 62, of Lake Mary, Florida, passed away on September 17, 2021. Terry was born in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Vincent and June (McMahon) Pukas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his wife Kyle Ann (Smith) Pukas; sons: David Pukas and Thomas (Jaslyn R. Crawford) Pukas; Grandchild Eulalia L. Pukas; sister Clare (Jerry) Boyette; and nephew Jared Boyette.
