Tamra Louise Kelley
December 10, 1968 – October 9, 2025
Tamra Louise Kelley, of Winter Springs, Florida, passed away surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Born on December 10, 1968, in Wyandotte, Michigan, she moved with her parents to Florida in 1972, where she made her home and built a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories.
Tamra was the beloved daughter of Thelma Belcuore and the late Guiseppi Belcuore. She is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas A. Campbell; her two sons, Daniel Lee Kelley (Morgan Villanueva) and Joseph Thomas Kelley; her stepdaughter, Kristin Jasperson; her sister, Deanna Holter (Kevin Holter); her brother, Joseph Belcuore; and her many cherished grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who brought her endless joy.
A proud graduate of Oviedo High School, Class of 1986, Tamra was known for her kind heart, boundless generosity, and the way she treated everyone she met with genuine warmth and respect. She had a deep love for her family and extended that same love to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Tamra found joy and freedom riding her Harley and spending time with her family and friends. Her passion for life and her spirit of giving touched countless hearts, and her memory will live on forever through the many lives she brightened.
Her family and friends will remember Tamra as one of the most loving souls they ever knew — a woman whose smile could light up a room, and whose heart knew no limits.
