Tammy J. Ballantine's Obituary
Tammy J. Ballantine 50, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 with her loving family by her side. Tammy is survived by her loving children, Tabitha m. Dean and Mark A. Ballantine, Jr.; and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 4:00 - 7:00PM and on Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 11:00AM, until service time at 12:30PM. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
