Tamara E. Fagan passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the age of 40 from complications of the COVID-19 virus.
She is survived by her wonderful husband, Carlos Fagan; her beautiful daughter Amari Williams; loving mother, Pamela Austin; her brothers Lewis Austin, Jr. (Eve) and David Austin, all of Orlando; her cat Simon. She will also be remembered by numerous extended family and friends. Tamara was predeceased by her father, Edward Williams and her sister, Phyllis Parramore.
Tamara was born on September 4, 1979 in Orlando, Florida. A 1997 graduate of Oak Ridge High School, she continued her education at Valencia College and later received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts at the University of Central Florida. Over the years, Tamara has worked in various fields, including education, customer service and the medical industry.
Tamara and the love of her life, Carlos celebrated 13 years of blissful marriage on June 6. She absolutely adored and was so proud of her daughter Amari. When together, they were like three peas in a pod, full of fun and laughter.
Tamara was always looking forward to finding new ways to add to life's adventures, and with each day, always enthusiastic about the future. A few of her favorite enjoyments were plants, Disney, reggae music, The Melting Pot, English literature and game nights. She strove to be the best person she could be - in fitness as a dedicated cycle rider and other physical activities, and through skincare, often giving encouragement in chat groups and blogs. Tamara was always willing to help others at the drop of a hat, and she will be remembered by the pure joy in her smile. Tamara will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to have met and known her, and in her memory, may the challenge be accepted to continue looking forward to all that life has to offer as she did.
The family will celebrate Tamara's life at a private graveside service at a later date. They are truly grateful for the tremendous outpouring of support, kindness, generosity and love. Tamara's Facebook page will remain open as a place to remember and honor her.
