Surendra "Suren" A. Patel died peacefully on December 21, 2023 in Clermont, FL at the age of 78. Suren is survived by his wife Meena Patel, son Sujay Patel, daughter-in-law Teresa Patel, granddaughter Greta Patel, and grandson Owen Patel of Winhall, VT and his younger brother Arvind A. Patel, sister-in-law Malti Patel and their family.
Suren was born October 18, 1945 in Mumbai, India to Ambalal K. and Jasuben Patel. He attended the Modern School in Mumbai, India and emigrated to the United States in 1972. Suren lived in Wharton, NJ for most of his life and moved to Florida in 2017.
Funeral services will be held Thursday December 28, 2023 from 10:00am-12:00pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home at 9001 North Orlando Ave., Maitland, Florida 32751.
