Sue Mello, age 70, of Apopka, Florida, passed away on November 11, 2020, after a lengthy battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones. Sue was born on August 5, 1950, in Fall River, Massachusetts.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Frank Mello; daughter and son in law Sonja & Scott Chambers, daughter and son in law Lisa & Ivan Reyes, and son and daughter in law Frank & Katie Mello. She was loved and cherished by her seven grandchildren: Wyatt & Libby Chambers, Adam, Alex, and Emma Reyes, and Brandon & Jared Mello.

She was the daughter of Dorothy Bell and older sister to Debbie Mello, Eddie Franco, Donnie Everett, Tom Charpentier, Jamie Smith, and Jim Braswell. She leaves behind brother and sister in laws; Marjorie Mecure, Corliss Mello, Linda & Sam Field and, Louis and Caren Mello. Sue was a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She leaves behind many special friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 19, 2020, at DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, FL 32751. The family invites you to join them upstairs for a reception immediately following.

Inurnment Service will continue at 2:30 p.m., at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. All are welcome.
