Steven Carlos Manley born on 03/04/1965 in Sanford, Florida passed away 07/13/2018 after a hard battle with cancer. His family and friends were by his side when he drifted off to be with the Lord.

Steven is survived by his mother, Linda Lorraine Manley Crabbe (Buster Crabbe) of Pleasant Hill, TN, Stella (Doug) Cooper of Orange City, FL, Cindy Manley (Paul Lee) of Deland, FL, and Leslie Manley (Crystal Burns) of Deltona, FL. Steven is survived by his children, Michael (Butch) Phillips of Denham Springs, LA, Crystal Coutee (Andrew Coutee) of Amite, LA, Laci Manley of Independence, LA, and Shelbi Manley of Loranger, LA. Steven is also survived by three grandaughters, three grandsons, nieces, nephews, and life-long best friend Chuck Riebe of Eustis, FL.

Steven is preceded in death by his father Carlos Harlow Manley and paternal and maternal grandparents, along with uncles and aunts.

Steven worked for many years as an iron worker. He was employed by SGL as a heavy equipment operator.

Steven loved to hunt and fish and was just recently restoring his truck. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
