Stephen Barraud Kossler

Obituary:
Stephen Barraud Kossler passed away peacefully at his home in Longwood, Florida, on
Monday, December 22, 2014. Steve was born in New York City and moved to Florida as a
young boy. He graduated from Colonial High School in 1975. Steve had a successful career
in commercial landscaping, spending most of his career with Dora Landscaping Company in
Apopka. He had a love for his family, animals, surfing, and the outdoors. For many years, he
supported his daughter with dance, most recently cheer and his son through long distance
running, most recently lacrosse.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa E. Kossler, and his father, John P. Kossler,
Sr. Steve is survived by his wife Kem, his daughter Kirsten (16), and son Kolten (14). He is
also survived by his siblings John P. Kossler, Jr. (Robbie), Mike Kossler, Susan Chamblee
(Tom), and Sharon Johnston (Bill); and several nieces and nephews.

In celebration of his life, a Catholic mass will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church, 1020
Montgomery Road, Altamonte Springs, Florida, on Saturday, January 3rd at 10:00 a.m. A reception will follow at Padre Pio's Place on church grounds.

Friends are welcome. A private family interment will follow later in the day at Highland Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Comforter in his honor.
