Stephen Joseph Cofelice, 66 of Apopka, Florida passed away January 8, 2019, surrounded by family and friends. He was born October 16, 1952 in Washington DC to Joseph and Pauline Cofelice. He grew up in Adelphi, MD and attended Frostburg State University on a music scholarship where he played the trombone. He moved to Orlando, FL in 1977. He began working at Walt Disney World as a painter in 1979. He worked at Disney for 39 years and retired in the summer of 2018. He loved traveling, telling stories, cars, political history and slot machines.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Cofelice, four sons, Chris (Heidi) and Craig (Jesse) Cofelice, Whit and Ted Powell, two sisters, Kathy Durkin and Ann Miller and eight grandchildren, Evelyn, Kennedy, Owen, Willa, Miles, Rory, Axel, and Lillian.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the charity of your choice in Steve's name.

A Memorial Mass will be held January 12, 2019 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church starting at 11AM.
