Stacey was preceded in death by her mother Millicent. She is survived by her father, Donald Powell and daughters, Cassidy and Charlize Stone. She also leaves behind a sister, Christina Powell.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Maitland Art Center on February 22, 2025. No further details.
