Stacey Lee Belcher, 32, of Longwood Florida, beloved wife of Christopher Michael Belcher, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2019. She was born on November 16, 1986 in Winter Park to Wayne and Denice Kost.

Stacey was an incredible person; she was kind, compassionate and thoughtful, always holding her family and faith closest to her heart.

Stacey attended Sweetwater Episcopal Academy, Annunciation Catholic Academy and Bishop Moore Catholic High School where she would be an honor student and excel on the softball field. It was during these years she met her high school sweetheart, Chris, who became the love of her life and father of her children.

After high school Stacey attended her beloved Florida State University, and upon graduation began her teaching career. She spent 10 years as a Pre School Teacher, returning to her roots by spending six of those most recent years at Annunciation Catholic Preschool, something she loved dearly.

Stacey was an advocate for the National Prenatal Association due to her own difficult experiences during childbirth which blessed her with two amazing children. Stacey spent her time with her children, whether at theme parks or the beach and she filled their lives with many sweet memories.

Stacey loved her home, blocks away from her parents and childhood residence- she filled her house with pictures of her family, mementoes and love.

She believed in seeing the best in everyone, in doing what is right and helping others.

Stacey was strong in her faith, secured in love by her community and her spirit will live on in all those she touched.

Left to cherish Stacey's memory is her husband of 9 years, Christopher; her children, Kellan (6) and Keira(4); parents, Wayne and Denice Kost; siblings, Christopher Kost (Megan) and Michelle "Mitch" Kost; mother and father-in-law, Lisa and Bobby Belcher, sister-in-law Chelsea along with a host of extended family members and many close friends.
