Sinaglaya De Vega Salegumba, 87, of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026 at her home in Altamonte Springs. She was the loving widow of Christopher Salegumba, who preceded her in death on December 5, 2019.

She was born on February 3, 1939 in Cavite City, Philippines to her late parents Fernando P. and Dementria R. (Reyes) De Vega.

Sinaglaya is survived by her children; daughter, Sharon (Edwin) Sloan; two sons Jonathan (Elisabeth) Salegumba and Timothy (Noemi) Salegumba; her grandchildren: Seven, Jacob (Morgan), James (Samantha), Abigail, Mikayla, and Zachary; and many loving family and friends.

A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 11:00 am at New Covenant Church, 800 Tuskawilla Rd, Winter Springs, FL 32708.

Reception will follow after the service.
