Shirley E. Gartman, 92, of Orlando , Florida , passed away on January 6, 2017 . Shirley was born in St. Paul, Minnesota . She is survived by her husband Floyd W. Gartman, son Floyd W. Gartman Jr., brother Richard Culbertson, sisters Beverly and Diane, many grandchildren, great grandchildren , nieces and nephews.
