Shannon Easterby Corsi of Sanford, Fl passed away peacefully in her home on December 8, 2023 at the age of 72. The youngest of four siblings, Shannon was born on December 9, 1950 in Sanford, Fl. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald Corsi, her two sons, Joe and Don Jr, their wives Marisol and Teresa, 4 grandchildren, JP, Katie, Jack and Kaylin, her brother William Higgins and several cousins and nieces and nephews.
Shannon was always at the center of her family, a wise and loving counselor. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her growing family. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday, as it encompassed her most favorite things: a good meal and a full table. She enjoyed painting and crafting in her later years and loved her dog Dunkin.
Shannon will be missed tremendously by those who knew her, particularly for her kindness and hospitality.
