Scott Davies led a full and interesting life, highlighted by his 39 years of marriage to wife Vera and his 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, which included two tours in Vietnam.

He was a good husband, good father, good son and a good friend. He lived a good life and his own version of the "good life."

Though born in Greencastle, IN, he lived his early years in Southern California with his parents. Upon the death of his father when he was 13, Scott and his mother returned to Northern Indiana where Scott spent his teenage years before beginning his Air Force career in the 1950s.

While in the military he was stationed in Oregon, Morocco, England, Thailand, Vietnam, Kansas and Las Vegas. Upon retirement from the Air Force, he settled in Wichita, KS where he met and married his loyal wife Vera. Scott and Vera retired to St. Petersburg in 1997.
