Saundrah Jean Mayhew 67 of St Petersburg, FL, passed away at home after battling illness for several months.

Saundrah was born in Pekin Ill. on December 11, 1955 to Sharon (Doty)and Paul Mayhew (both deceased) She was the oldest of their 5 children.


Saundrah was a graduate of Pekin High School. In pekin Illinois and then moved to St. Petersburg in 1986.
Saundrah had a long career of 30+ years with Compulink cable assemblies in Saint Petersburg.

She was proud of being good with her hands, She remembers watching her father fix things and believes that the reason for her mechanical ability . She enjoyed sports, watching and playing. She always had and adored her animals. She grew many plants and vegetables and enjoyed cooking what she grew. Saundrah enjoyed crafts and also playing bunco with her friends.


Saundrah had many friends throughout the years, She always held them all close to her heart. As well as her many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Saundrah is survived by her loving daughter, Stevie Mathias, two sisters, Jenny Kaltenbach, Nancy Claussen and a brother Ronald Mayhew.
