Saundra Mills Goodin (Sandy) 79, passed away on December 13, 2018 after a long illness, finally making it home under the care of Hospice. She passed peacefully with her loving family and her dog Freddy surrounding her. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and grew up in Norfolk, Virginia before moving to Florida. She was a homemaker, and worked retail mainly craft stores. She was very creative, even demonstrating craft projects on a TV show through Enterprise Art. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for over 40 years. She was a Beta Bozo clown for a time. Family togetherness meant the world to her. She was married to Charles R. Goodin, Sr. (Dickie) for 59 years, before his passing in 2017. She is survived by her son Charles R. Goodin, Jr.(Rick) and his wife Suzan; daughter Elizabeth(Beth) Young and her husband Glenn; daughter Stephanie Canning and her husband Joe; son Andrew, and his wife Kirsten; and "adopted son" Richard Bender and Rosy. She was a Granny to Zachary, Jessica, Alyssa, Ashley, Kylie, and Caden. She was an Aunt, and friend to many! She will be dearly missed! A Celebration of her life will be January 12, 2019 at Anona United Methodist Church - Chapel ; 13233 Indian Rocks Rd. , Largo, Florida at 2 pm. Visitation will be at 1 pm with the family.
