Sara Rebecca Knestrict, 97, born May 29, 1917 in Latty, Ohio and passed away December 22, 2014 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Moved to Gulfport, Florida in 1972 from Bowling Green, Ohio. Retired Kindergarten teacher. Long time member of Pasadena Community Church. Survived by two daughters, Sandra Gene White and Sara Jane Frederick, and five grandchildren. An old-school matriarch who enjoyed ballroom dancing, bridge, painting, reading, sewing, travelling, winning and being master of her domain. Computer literate, sharp and aware to the very end, she will be missed by all who knew her. Even after sharing so many years with us we would have welcomed a few more.
