Sandra J. (Farrier) Hoffman, 71, of Republic, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at her home with her family by her side.

Sandra was born on March 28, 1954, in Uniontown, PA, the daughter of Samuel Gene and Marion (Franks) Farrier.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her significant other, Edward Provance and her husband, Rick Hoffman.

Sandra was a member of the Free Methodist Church in McClellandtown, PA.

She is survived by her children, Aaron Hoffman and fiancé, Bianca Brown of McClellandtown, PA and Melissa "Missy" Hunnell of Republic, PA, grandchildren, Mickey Jenkins and fiance Chrystal Elsey of Fairbanks, PA, Amber Graham and husband Robert of Oliphant Furnace, PA, Ryan Lee and significant other Lexi Savage of Republic, PA, Aaron Hoffman Jr. of McClellandtown, PA and Aurora Hoffman of McClellandtown, PA, great grandsons, Zayne and Emmett Graham, siblings, Cheryl Farrier of Republic, PA, John Farrier and wife Martha of PA, Samuel Farrier and wife Tina of Latrobe, PA and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 65 N Gallatin Ave. Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD.
