Samuel E Cooper's Obituary
Samuel E. Cooper III 21 of St. Petersburg passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018.
A native of St. Petersburg, Sam was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School and was a valet for Morton Plant Hospital. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Elbert T. and Mary Y. Fowler. Sam is survived by his loving parents: Samuel E. Cooper II and Tammy M. Cooper; he is the loving brother of Robyn D. Alarcon and her husband Louis; paternal grandmother, Shirley Hopper; paternal grandfather, Samuel E. Cooper and his wife, Patsy; Sam is also survived by two aunts: Holly Cooper and Pam Achilles and her husband, Stefan; Sam is also the loving uncle to Louis Alarcon III and Lena Alarcon.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, August 30th from 5 PM until time of Celebration of Life Service at 7 P.M.
