Salvatore LaPorte 68 of Clearwater passed away Friday, November 18, 2016. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and was an Army Veteran having served in Viet Nam. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Louise LaPorte. Sal is survived by his loving wife, Tina; he is the loving father of Christopher LaPorte, Angela Kovall (Mike)/ Jennifer Henry (Tommy); sister: MaryAnn Lux (Frank); grandhildren: Giuliana Laport, Nikolia Kovall, Luca Kovall and Jacxson Henry; Niece: Kim Connelley (Rob); great nieces and nephews: Robbie, Patrick and Emily Connelley. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, November 22 from 11 AM until time of Celebration of Life Service at 1 PM. Entombment will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
