Ruth Desnoes, age 81, passed away on January 16, 2021 at her daughter's and Son-in-Law's residence in Orlando Fl. Ruth was born on December 11, 1939 in Spanish Town, Jamaica and was the eldest daughter of William and Mercelda James.

She is survived by her daughters Rosemarie, Deborah, Sophia; Sons Seymour, Anthony and Solomon Jr.; thirty grand children and twenty-five great-grand children. Ruth also leaves behind three sisters(Elizabeth, Winnifred and Naomi), three brothers(Joseph, Burchell and Norman), countless nieces, nephews, and family members.

Viewing and Visitation will be held from 12pm to 1pm on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 with a Funeral Service beginning at 1pm all at DeGusipe Funeral Home, 9100 N Orlando Ave. Maitland Fl 32751

Ruth will make her final journey to her hometown where a Funeral Service will also be held at 10:00am on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Phillippo Baptist Church, 9 William St., Spanish Town, Jamaica. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Dovecot Memorial Park & Crematory, Spanish Town, Jamaica.
