Ruth Camacho (Celis), or Rukita as she preferred, passed away on Good Friday, April 19, 2019 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Born in Bogota, Colombia on May 7, 1931, she spent most of her life in Caracas, Venezuela before immigrating to Florida in 2004. She was the 3rd of five sisters, a mother of three, grandmother of three, a volunteer at "Las Damas Azul" in the Hospital Clinico in Caracas and dedicated disciple of Christ who loved to share the Good News. Never shy to tell others how to become a Christian, she was always ready to go anywhere anytime. She loved to connect and share all she knew. She knew no stranger!

Rukita was a working warrior! Her forte was salesmanship and was very successful not only in business but also in the spiritual world bringing many people to Christ. She loved to dance, tango, salsa, bolero and even Zumba in her later years. Traveling was her favorite hobby! She could be described with the words: risky, outgoing, decisive, energetic, practical, persistent, encourager and an achiever. In her last days she was ready for her journey to be with her creator and His Angels… Her favorite song was "I have decided to follow Jesus" and she did!

She was preceded by her parents Mercedes (Franklin) and Marco Tulio Camacho and sisters Lilia (Munoz), Elinor (Becerra) and Gladis (Castillo). She is survived by her sister Judith Camacho children Yanel Celis, Raul Celis and Angela (Celis) Wenning, grandchildren Rony Infante, Marlon Marcano and Raul Alejandro (Raulito) Celis.
