Russel E Ramrattan, age 70, of Orlando, Florida passed away February 23rd, 2026. He survived by his son, Kevin; God daughter Zara; nephews, Nicholas, Troy, Riad, Trevin, Raj, Rashad and Nash; Nieces, Tammy and Rene; sisters in law, Devika, Tara, Suzanne, and Sumatie, and brothers in law Johnney, Glen, Krishna, and Junior; his father in law Babwah, and many friends, too many to mention.

Russel is preceded in death by his wife Patsy, mother Ruby, father Carlton, brothers Mervin and Knolly and sister Glenda.
