Rudolph Hintz 87, of Longwood Florida went to be with our Lord on June 17, 2015. "Rudy" was born April 11, 1928 in Mydzk, Poland, son of Emil and Bertha Hintz and served with honor in the US Army, 507th Ordinance Company during the Korean conflict. While stationed in Germany, Rudy met and married Gerda Indinger and together settled in Milwaukee Wisconsin after his military service for the start of a wonderful life and the American dream. They were married 59 years. Rudy was a master carpenter, and for a short time a master baker. In 1973 Rudy and family moved to Ft. Lauderdale Florida where he continued as a carpenter, owning several apartment buildings and homes in their years there. He was an entrepreneur and loyal and faithful family man with many talents. Rudy is survived by his wife Gerda, three children, Ralph Hintz of West Palm Beach Florida, Berny Hintz (wife Christine) of Davidsonville, Maryland, and Sandra (Hintz) Clear (husband Matthew) of Longwood Florida, and seven grandchildren, Max Hintz, Justin Hintz, Gwendolyn Hintz, Jordan Clear (wife Amy) Logan Clear, Victoria Clear, and Allegra Hintz. Rudy is also survived by Sisters Herta Brenner (husband Adolf) of Ratingen Germany, Linda Hartmann of Milwaukee Wisconsin, Martha Eisenheim of Georgia. Rudy is predeceased by several brothers and sisters and one dear son Terry Roger, all of whom are with him celebrating in Heaven today.
