Roy E. Turner Jr., 80 of Maitland, Florida died on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Born Saturday, July 11, 1936 in Gainesville, Florida, he was the son of the late Roy E Turner Sr. and the late Doris Richardson.
He retired from the United States Air Force as a Technical Sergeant, proudly serving 21 years.
Surviving is son, Gene Turner of Corrales, NM.
Graveside Service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Florida National Cemetery located at 6502 SW 102nd Avenue Bushnell, Florida 33513. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, March 13, 2017, at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Ave., Maitland, Florida. Refreshments will be served, upstairs at "Roy's Pub", at the funeral home.
