Roxanne Marie (Lybarger) Koutsoulieris, age 71, of Ocoee, Florida, transitioned peacefully with her beloved family by her side on August 13, 2020. Roxanne was born on July 29, 1949 in East St. Louis, Illinois, the daughter of William O. & Mary C. (Stallings) Lybarger.
Roxanne is survived by her five children John Koutsoulieris, Alicia Koutsoulieris, Melanie Koutsoulieris, Alexandra McClung, Jason Koutsoulieris and their spouses, along with her 11 grandchildren: Dimitri, Hallie, Athena, Julia, Iliana, Olivia, Scarlett, Elias, Penelope, Miles and Dionysios.
While many of Roxanne's years were devoted as a homemaker lovingly raising her five children, she later took on a career at Walt Disney World as an Operations Manager, where she retired after 13 years of dedicated service. The highlight of that career was the opportunity to work overseas in Italy as part of the Disney Cruise Line's opening team.
Roxanne was an avid reader and book collector, enjoyed watching murder mysteries and British TV, and was very passionate about history and archaeology. However, her greatest passion was her family and spent almost all of her free time with her children and grandchildren, who were truly her pride and immense joy.
A private service was held on Sunday, August 23, 2020 including her immediate loved ones only. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
Roxanne's loving and encouraging nature, HUGE heart, ultra kind spirit, and good humor will be deeply missed by all that knew her. May she rest in eternal peace.
