Rose Fernandez Rowland was born on September 2, 1968 in Manila in the Philippines. Here she grew up with her mother, Esther, and her brother, Locinio. Rose was raised in a very philanthropic environment where her mother often helped many family members, and it was during this period that Rose's same giving nature was instilled in her. Rose lived in Manila until 1990, during which she moved to Alameda, California. It was during this year she met the love of her life, Randall Shane Rowland. After a year of dating, on March 20th, 1991 they got married in Chapel of the Bells in Reno, Nevada. Less than a year later, their little family grew a little bigger as they welcomed their first son, Raymond Christian Rowland, into the world. In 1993 Rose and Randall made the move to Central Florida and bought their home in Sanford, Florida. On June 2, 1994 they gave birth to their first daughter, Rachel Taylor Rowland. In 1997 their family moved to Clermont, Florida, where they were fortunate to make a lot of family friends and memories. It was while they lived here that their second son, Ryan Mitchell Rowland, was born. During 2005 their family of now 5 made the move to Geneva, Florida, where Rose lived out the rest of her days. Throughout her life she was surrounded by family and friends, and touched the lives of everyone she knew. It is within all these people that her memory will live on and never be forgotten.
