Ronald " Ronny" Cayll,

Ronny died peacefully with his beloved wife by his side at their home on July 25, 2024 in Lake Mary at the age of 82.

Ronny is survived by his Wife Vera and Son Michael Janocko, Daughter-In-Law Carina, and Granddaughters , Lexi & Mia.

Ronny was born September 14, 1941 in Winter Park, Florida to Frankie And Elsie Cayll. He graduated from Winter Park High School in 1959. Ronny attended Florida State University on Baseball & Basketball Scholarships, until he was drafted to play professional baseball. Ronny played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Orioles and the Houston Astros over the next 10 years. After his baseball career, Ronny transferred from reserve to ready status in the United States Army and served until his Honorable Discharge in 1972. In 1997 Ronny was inducted into the Winter Park High School Hall of Fame for baseball and basketball. Ronny worked as a Manufacturers Rep throughout the State of Florida until he retired.

A Funeral is scheduled for 10:30am, Friday, August 16, 2024 at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751, with a Reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and Celebrate Ronny's Life.
