Roger Steven Gerlachovsky, 50, of Perryopolis, PA passed away on Friday, September, 23, 2022 in Uniontown Hospital.
Roger was born on April 1, 1972, the son of the late Karol Gerlachovsky and Irene (Veselska) Johnson of Perryopolis, PA.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Christian Gerlachovsky and girlfriend Deserae of Belle Vernon, PA a granddaughter, Phoebe Lee Gerlachovsky of Belle Vernon, PA a sister; Nicole Schepers and husband Michael of Ft. Worth, Texas, a brother; Rene Gerlachovsky and wife Melissa of Perryopolis, PA, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the Degusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, Dolfi Chapel, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
