Roger Dean Ackerman, age 53, passed away on February 15, 2014. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Betty Ackerman; and one brother Donald Ackerman. Surviving the loss are his wife, Cheryl Ackerman of Titusville, FL; daughter, Sue Tucker of Titusville, FL; son, Randy Tucker, and daughter-in-law, Kelly Tucker, of Jefferson City, MO; and brothers, David and Gary Ackerman, of Orlando, FL. Roger was considered "dad" by a few other people. Including Shanna West and Dustin Coleman of Orlando, FL. Roger also has four grandchildren; Rylee Tucker, of Jefferson City, MO; Liam and McKayla Borthwick. of Longwood, FL; and Brayleigh Coleman, of Orlando, FL.

Roger was born on November 12, 1960 in Mansfield, Ohio. Roger loved to drive semi trucks, and fish. Most Monday nights he could be found watching wrestling. Roger also enjoyed NASCAR and spending time with his family. Roger was an avid gamer, he met many friends while playing games on his laptop. Anytime someone needed advice or just to talk Roger was there. He was a very caring, loving, sweet man. He also had a very sarcastic side. He loved to joke around with people. He will continue to be greatly missed by all who knew him.
