Robert Durrell Pringle, born on August 29, 1943, in Hemlock, MI was sent to his eternal home on July 1, 2025, after a brief battle with bladder cancer in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Bob, or Bobby the Face, as he was affectionately known to his grandsons, lived a life full of love, humor, and unwavering faith in God. In recent years, he was known as the Mayor of Grand Villa Assisted Living facility, bringing happiness and smiles to the other residents.
Bob graduated from Ferris State University before proudly serving in the United States Air Force at Loring AFB in Limestone, Maine. He relocated his family to Dunedin, FL in 1973 and remained a Floridian until his death.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Durrell and Geraldine (Earle) Pringle; sisters Sherry Madden, Diane Potts, and Betty Golombisky; and his partner of 35 years, Olivia Martinez.
He is survived by his two children, Spencer Pringle (wife Selene) and Merideth Berrios (husband Melvin); grandchildren Maddox and Cade Pringle, Hailey and Kayla Berrios; brothers Bill (Nancy) Pringle and Rick (Marcie) Pringle. He was also loved by the children of Olivia; Danny Martinez (Cindy), Jack Martinez, Sonny (Donna) Martinez, and Nancy (David) Ihmoff.
Bob's final resting place will be at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Charlotte, NC, where he was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus.
