Robert Allen Meisel, Sr. passed away at his home on September 17, 2026 at the age of 94.

Robert is survived by his two sons - Bob (Becky) Meisel Jr, Tim (Esther) Meisel; his grandchildren, Jared (Rachel) Meisel, Barry (Alyssa) Meisel, Darren (Janelle) Meisel, Elisabeth (Matthew) Nixon, Sarah (Markus) Rosvik, Joanna (Paul) Kitchener, Lydia (Brian) Bekelja; his 21 great-grandchildren; and his sibling, Ernie (Esta) Meisel.

Preceded in death by his wife Marilyn Joyce Meisel, parents William & Martha (Long) Meisel and his siblings, Charles, Estella, Sarah, Ruth, William Jr., Norwood, Luther, and Harold.

Robert was born on October 27, 1931 in Quiggleville, PA. He was the 9th child in a family of 10 children. He and his wife Marilyn were married for 70 years and began serving the Lord in ministry with Ethnos360- formerly New Tribes Mission- in 1968.

We remember these things about Bob: He loved music - especially playing his many instruments for others to enjoy. And he loved to hunt. Also, he is remembered for his genuine love for people which included his family, his Osteen church family, his co-workers at Ethnos360, and anyone who came to visit at the HQ building in Sanford where he was usually the first person to greet people, give them a tour, and likely invite them to stay for supper!

A memorial service celebrating the lives of both Bob & Marilyn Meisel will be held at The Homes of Ethnos360 in the Latham Chapel at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 26. 108 Mission Blvd. Sanford, FL 32771

Isaiah 117 House Foster Care. www.Isaiah117house.com They fostered 5 babies before they began working with Ethnos360 (NTM at that time). Their granddaughter works with this Home.
