Robert N. Martin's Obituary
Robert Martin, 93, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on February 15, 2026 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his wife Betty Parrish, daughters Laura Burgett (Weldon) and Janet Monolias, his grandson Robert Burgett, granddaughter Sarah Mendoza (Erik), great grandchildren Brandon and Jocelyn Mendoza. He was known as "Uncle Bob" to many extended family members. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Virginia Fallin; grandson, David Burgett.
His life was enhanced by his love of bluegrass music, which he performed with several bands and his enjoyment for sailing and crafting stained glass. He found great happiness as a mentor to many extended family members. He will be missed and remembered.
Services will be held at Irving Park Baptist Church, where he was a member on April 11th, 2026 at 2pm located at 5001 71st. Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Petersburg Lion's Club.
