Robert L. Dains' Obituary
Robert L. Dains, 86, of Waynesburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at his home with his family by his side.
Robert was born on June 28, 1939, in Waynesburg, PA the son of Roy and Florence (Durbin) Dains.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lee A. (Adams) Dains, sisters, Cora Stevens, Ruth Waychoff, and Mary Horner, and stepdaughter, Cindi Lee Phillips.
Robert is survived by his children, Forrest Dains and wife Kim, Robert L. Dains II, Roy Dains and wife Susan, John Dains and wife Abbey, Sue Stanley and Susan Randolph and husband Ron, stepdaughter, Tami Herrod and husband Jack, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA 15401, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
The family would like to thank nurse Jackie Workman and the entire Amedisys team.
